The third picture for the second MoePassion mascot contest which was delivered after the deadline because the contest closed a day earlier than expected ^^; Maybe it was better that way, now that I’m able to look at the result.
Trying out markers the first time turned out to be so enjoyable (now I’m afraid to do a second picture xD)! I’ve always been a fan of traditional mediums but never had the chance to buy such pricey equipment. Without my epic case full of Polychromos colored pencils (which I got last year for birthday from my boyfriend x3) it wouldn’t look like how it does look now. Copics make a wonderful primer and additional layers of colored pencils make the colors really vibrant.
Really happy with this one (except the sky maybe)!
